FAQ

  • When will you dispatch my owl? Your owl will be dispatched within 1 to 2 days

  • Do you accept credit/debit cards? I currently only accept payments via PayPal, I hope to improve on this and accept all major credit and debit cards in the future. 

  • Do you ship worldwide? I only deliver to UK residents however if you live somewhere else and would like an owl then please email me at: theowlstitchery@gmail.com and we can discuss shipping costs. 

  • Can I cancel my order? Yes, as long as I haven't already sent the owl/s to you. Cancelling within 12 hours of your order is preferred. 
  • Can I return an owl for a refund? Yes, but you must pay the postage costs yourself. If the owl arrives in the same state as it was when I sent it to you i.e. No pulled wool, discolouration, missing features etc then I will refund you the cost of the owl. 
  • Do you refund money for broken or damaged owls? If you can prove with a photograph that your owl arrived in bad shape/or is broken in some way, I will offer a full refund. 
  • Will I get free shipping if I order over a certain amount? Sadly, this is a very small business and I'd possibly end up losing money by offering free delivery, however if you order more than one owl, I may be able to refund some of the shipping money back to you if the owls can fit in one box.
  • How do I care for my owl? It is important to remember they are not toys and would be best kept on a shelf and out of the reach of children and pets. You must treat them with care as they can easily be broken if they are pulled about.
  • What should I do if I damage my owl? If you have a needle felting needle, you could actually repair your owl yourself. If for example you break a wing off, you can stab the wing back onto the body. Alternatively you could send the owl back to me to be repaired, but you would have to cover the postage costs.
